MECHANICAL DESIGN

Mechanical Engineering design experience includes a variety of systems including chilled water, hot water / steam, varieties of piping, VAV, split-system, and air distribution. Specialty designs have included Feasibility studies, System performance studies, Class 100,000, 10,000, & 1,000 clean rooms, BSL-3 Laboratories, custom equipment exhaust layouts, laminar flow rooms, portable mechanical systems, underslab heating systems, energy studies, paint spray booth systems, and pool cooling / dehumidification systems just to name a few.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN

Electrical Engineering design experience includes detailed data room / computer room systems, generator/UPS load studies and system design, telecommunications / co-location systems, switchgear power distribution, motor control centers, specialty lighting design, site lighting with photometric calculations, and fire alarm systems.

PLUMBING DESIGN

Plumbing Engineering design experience includes waste and vent systems, domestic water systems, medical gases, dental gases, compressed air piping, lube / motor oil reel systems, gas piping, oil & grease interception systems, vacuum piping, and filtered water systems.

FIRE PROTECTION DESIGN

Fire Protection Engineering design experience includes a wide variety of wet and dry automatic fire protection systems, many of which incorporate fire pumps, storage tanks, and the use of ESFR sprinkler heads. These systems have been designed for all occupancy classifications including light, ordinary, extra ordinary, and high pile storage.
