Construction of the New Oak City Center - a one-stop resource for the homeless - is underway, kicked-off with the recent groundbreaking ceremony. This project has been years in the making and is a collaborative effort by Wake County, the City of Raleigh, Raleigh/Wake Partnership to End and Prevent Homelessness, and Catholic Charities.
